Introducing Solids

Service Description

V and Me will be joining us at The Bedford to talk about introducing solids to your baby. Our workshops will help you determine the right time to start weaning, what to anticipate when introducing solids, and how to make informed decisions that suit both you and your little one. We will talk about: - How to know when your baby is ready for solids - The best foods to start with - The different methods of introducing solids - The important nutrients to think about - Portion size: what to expect - V and Me - try it! When to join us We recommend attending this session ahead of introducing solids, or during your weaning journey if you are looking for additional support. Our sessions are interactive, yet relaxed, and babies are welcome to join you (most parents attend with their little ones in tow!)
