Service Description
This session at The Weyside, will provide you with the opportunity to meet other new parents, and talk about baby sleep with Infant Sleep Coach Kate of 40 Winks Sleep. This workshop is ideal for parents looking for some guidance when it comes to navigating the beginnings of their little one’s sleep journey. 10.45am Arrival, opportunity to grab a coffee/drink. 11.00am Kate will be joining us to talk about: * the foundations that promote healthy sleep. * how to introduce a gentle routine. * night wakings - what is normal. There will be time for me to answer questions at the end of the session. This is a relaxed and supportive environment (babies are welcome to join).
