Service Description

This workshop is ideal for parents looking for guidance when it comes to navigating the beginnings of their little one’s sleep journey. We will talk about: - What to expect from your baby’s sleep over the first year - Sleep regressions - when & why they happen, what to expect and how to get through them - Awake windows throughout the first year - An introduction to self settling methods - SIDS and sleep safety There will be time for me to answer questions throughout the session. This is a relaxed and supportive environment (babies are welcome to join you).
