Join us in Mortlake with Stable & Strong Fitness for a morning focused on postnatal strength, pelvic floor health and movement, designed especially for mums with babies and toddlers. This event is perfect if you’re looking to gently return to exercise after birth, want to better understand your body postpartum, or are simply curious about strength training. What to expect: 💬 Intro talk We’ll start with a short introduction from the team at Stable and Strong Fitness, sharing what they do at the gym for postnatal women and why pelvic floor health and strength training are so important after pregnancy and birth. 🏋️ Guided workout session A beginner-friendly workout introducing: - Breathwork and pelvic floor engagement - Moving safely with your body postpartum - Strength training and lifting weights in a supported way No prior fitness experience needed! 🧠 Women’s health physio talk + Q&A Enjoy coffee and pastries while taking part in a relaxed talk and open Q&A with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, covering common postnatal concerns and answering your questions. 👶 Baby & toddler-friendly setup The studio has a play area stocked with toys fully visible from the gym floor, and a member of the team will help entertain the little ones so you can listen, move and take part with peace of mind.
