What to expect

Join us for a special pilates brunch with Bump Haus! Your ticket includes: - A space for you and your little one to meet new friends - The founder of Bump Haus, Anna, will lead you through a postnatal Pilates class that will help restore your core, pelvic floor, posture and overall wellbeing. This session will support you with whatever your birth and postnatal journey looks like and will give you a chance to interact with your baby in a fun way AND take care of yourself too. - Brunch by The Inn on the Lake, with a hot drink of your choice (our menu will be sent to you in advance for pre-orders) Photographer Nikki Best will be capturing candid moments throughout the event, which may be used for marketing. If you'd prefer not to have your photo taken, you can opt out via the pre-order form sent closer to the event date. See you there!
