About the Workshop
Babies achieve incredible milestones in their first 18 months, from tummy time and rolling to crawling and walking. Every baby develops at their own pace, but understanding typical timeframes and learning ways to support their progress can make a big difference.
Our one-hour workshops, led by Paediatric Physiotherapists, are designed to help you understand your baby’s gross motor development and how to encourage it effectively.
What we cover:
Key developmental milestones and the sequence of gross motor skills
Common orthopaedic conditions: how to recognize, manage, and know when to seek help
Factors that may cause developmental delays and how to address them
Practical tips to support your baby’s growth and development
Ideas for creating a safe, engaging environment at home
This interactive session also includes time to ask questions and discuss your baby’s individual needs.
When to join us: Perfect for parents of babies aged 0-18 months looking to deepen their understanding of gross motor development and gain practical tips to support their little one’s growth.
