Our Return to Work session will be hosted at The Weyside, by Caroline Pellerin, ICF Certified Coach. Caroline is on hand to support you in that space where motherhood and careers intersect. Returning to work can often be daunting after a period of parental leave. While many women relish this return and welcome the variety it brings to family life, it can also feel overwhelming at times. Thinking about and planning your return to work in advance can make a huge difference in how positive your return to work experience is. We will talk about: During the session, we will talk honestly and openly together about: - What success looks like for you as you return to work - what do you want from life as a working parent? - The realities of being a working mum (logistics, sick days, mum guilt, flexible working…) - Building your confidence as you return to work - Practical tips and advice to support your transition back to work - And anything else that you want to cover! When to join us: Whether you are heading back to work in 1 week or in 3 months, or even if you’ve already returned, you will be sure to benefit from this session! We will be creating a safe space for you to talk about your experiences and your hopes and fears. Caroline will share her top tips for a successful return and talk through any concerns you may have. You are not alone in this journey! Feel free to stay on in the pub for lunch (not included) with other local parents after the session. This is a relaxed session and babies are welcome to join you.
