Our Return to Work session will be hosted at The Shaftesbury, by Caroline Pellerin, ICF Certified Coach. Caroline is on hand to support you in that space where motherhood and careers intersect (and have some unlimited tea and coffee!) 10.30am Arrive from 10.30am to grab a hot drink! 11.00am Returning to work can often be daunting after a period of parental leave. While many women relish this return and welcome the variety it brings to family life, it can also feel overwhelming and you may wonder how you are going to make it work. Planning your return to work as a family, and anticipating some of the challenges that can come up will make the experience run more smoothly and help you to get in the right mindset. We will talk about: * The transition from employee to mum - reflecting back on your experiences of leaving for maternity leave * The transition back to work - what you want from life as a working parent * The realities of being a working parent - what you can and can’t control and how to manage the challenges together * Practical tips and advice to support your transition back to work We will be creating a safe space for you to talk about your experiences and your hopes and fears. There are many worries you might have when going back to work - you are not alone in this journey! 12.00pm Feel free to stay on in the pub for hot drinks, or lunch (not included) with other local parents. This is a relaxed session and babies are welcome to join you.
