Service Description

Pregnancy, birth and motherhood puts huge mental and physical remands on the mothers body and can leave you feeling tired overwhelmed and undernourished. Gráinne Quinn (GQ) Jordan, Postpartum Health Nutritionist, is here to talk to you about how to regain your energy and vitality on your maternal journey. We will talk about: - Understanding the postpartum body and Nutrition's role in recovery - Essential nutrients for postpartum recovery - Meal planning & preparation for new mums - Maintaining blood sugar balance & energy  - Self-care & wellness practices (inc. sleep, managing stress & community) There will be time for questions throughout the session. This is a relaxed and supportive environment (and babies are welcome to join).
