What to expect
Sleep (or the lack of it!) is one of the most talked-about parts of early parenthood - and one of the most exhausting. Join us for a relaxed and supportive session with Gemma, the founder of The Mindful Sleep Coach. Gemma will give a short, informative talk covering the basics of baby sleep, some of the most common sleep challenges and tips for navigating them. After that, she’ll be available to speak to people individually - because no two sleep journeys are the same and we know how helpful it can be to ask questions specific to your own experience. There will also be plenty of time to chat and connect with other parents. Whether you're riding the four-month sleep regression or just wondering what’s “normal,” we hope this session leaves you feeling reassured, supported and a little less alone. Gemma is a certified Infant Sleep Coach, working with families from pregnancy through to four years old. Her approach is holistic and judgment-free, focusing on understanding your child and building a plan that works for your family. She’s also deeply passionate about supporting parental mental health and easing anxiety around sleep.
