Returning to Work with Confidence

Returning to work can often be daunting after a period of parental leave. While many relish this return and welcome the variety it brings to family life, it can also feel overwhelming at times. Thinking about and planning your return to work in advance can make a huge difference in how positive your return to work experience is. 

Our Return to Work workshops give you the opportunity to learn and reflect as part of a group coaching session. We will create a safe space for you to talk about your experiences prior to leaving the workplace and share your hopes and fears ahead of your return. We will talk through any concerns you may have, share top tips for a successful return, and ensure that you are not alone on this journey!


We will talk honestly and openly about:

  • What success looks like for you as you return to work 

  • The realities of being a working parent (logistics, sick days, guilt, flexible working…)

  • Building your confidence as you return to work 

  • Practical tips and advice to support your transition back to work

  • And anything else that you want to cover! 


When to join us:

Whether you are heading back to work in one week or in 6 months, or even if you’ve already returned, this workshop will help you feel prepared, positive and in control of the next few months at work and at home!
