Our Refresh is for those ‘doing it again’. If you are expecting another baby and are looking to debrief on previous birth experiences, want a reminder of all things labour and birth, or are seeking ways to support older siblings, look no further…
Our Refresh includes:

One of the only live and in person Refresh courses available in SW London

3 hours of interactive teaching prior to baby arriving, covering

Labour and birth, and how it may be different this time round

Postnatal recovery and family life

1 hour of interactive teaching once baby has arrived

Infant Sleep

Courses are run by our team of midwives with whom you will have continued access to beyond the course.
Our Content
Our Refresh is approximately three hours in length and held in a local pub, providing a relaxed atmosphere where you can meet other couples also expecting their second (or third/fourth) baby.
As well as helping you feel prepared to welcome another baby, we will also help you meet others locally, and you'll have access to our postnatal network of meet ups, classes and events once your little one has arrived, with a 10% members discount on all of our postnatal sessions.
